1.White Hangers: The Key Lies in Protection
White hangers are widely loved for their simplicity and aesthetics, but their nature brings some troubles during the production process: white is extremely sensitive to dust, and even tiny stains are clearly visible; irregular factory operations can easily lead to defects, affecting the final product quality.
For this issue, Dadi has a well-established solution, the ways of protecting them during production are fruit of previous failures. In our workshops, white hangers shall not be placed on the bottom two shelf layers as these two layers are with more risk of getting dirty. Before putting hangers into plastic baskets, we clean them thoroughly, and after packing, we cover the hangers with film to prevent pollution. In case of logo printing needed, a piece of cloth is placed beside the printing station for holding the hangers; after printing, the hangers are hung on racks to air-dry, so as to avoid ink smudges.
2. Color Discrepancies: Communicate in Advance to Avoid Risks
Colors like coffee, gray and macaron colors are very popular in custom hanger orders, but they are extremely prone to color discrepancies, which are hard to avoid. Therefore, when customers customize hangers of these colors, Dadi will honestly inform them of the potential color discrepancy issue in advance. We do our best to match the color, but maybe can only reach 90%, we can make sure the color difference doesn’t go beyond the color next to the right one, but it’s hard to make it 100% same. If customers have a low acceptance of color discrepancies, we will suggest adjusting the plan, ask for a longer lead time from customers or just not to accept such orders when the risk is too high. We will never hide the risks.
3.Bright Logos on Dark Hangers: 3-4 times Printing Ensures Precision
When printing bright colored logos on dark hangers, the dark base color often causes the logo colors to deviate. Dadi’s solution is to communicate with our factory and adopt a multi-pass pad printing process - after repeated tests, 3-4 pad printing can ensure the logo displays accurately. Before placing an order, we will clearly specify this requirement to the production and supervise the production process to guarantee the logo color is precise.
